BOOKING INFORMATION:
- A signed contract and 45% of investment price are due at time of booking
- NC local tax of 7.25% will be applied to all final prices
- A travel fee will be applied for all locations exceeding 30 miles of 27571
- Consultation, personalized styling & coordination experience, session day time, digital editing and access to your personalized gallery to view and download your digital files approximately two to three weeks after your session. please note: this does not include any printed products
FAQ
Do you help with picking a location?
Absolutely, this is also part of the experience I offer. Amazing locations can vary by season and being a able to capture your vision is determine by location and outfit choices combined. This can make such a difference in your finished gallery. While I have a list of preferred locations, I am open to new suggestions! We will choose a spot that reflects you and your family. If we have determined that you session will be an in-home session we typically cover what we may need to obtain the images we want, as well as family styling.
How can I determine the appropriate attire?
The comprehensive welcome guide is designed to assist you in making informed wardrobe choices. Additionally, I offer my expertise in styling and coordination to ensure you and your family are impeccably prepared well in advance of the session.
What if my children are uncooperative, leading to a challenging session?
Navigating unpredictable moments with kiddos is part of life. Being a mama to two young ones myself, embracing imperfection is key. Sometimes the most beautiful outcomes arise from unexpected situations. My extensive experience with young children, coupled with my background in elementary and middle school education, equips me to handle such scenarios, we will make it work. Sprinkle in a little bribery for those grumpy gills.
What about rain?
Typically I check the weather and reach out to you if I believe it's necessary for us to reschedule. Sometimes the weather is funny and it doesn't even rain (HOORAY!). We work it out either way!
Can we bring props or special items for the session?
YES! Bringing props or other meaningful items add such a beautiful touch to your photos.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule please let me know at least one week in advance. I will do my best to get you rescheduled. If you decide to cancel please know that you forfeit your non-refundable deposit.
